Parent Teacher Interviews

This year, parent-teacher interviews will be held this Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26, 2021. We are able to offer in-person interviews to fully vaccinated parents / guardians following COVID-19 protocols. A virtual meeting or phone call can be offered to those who are not fully vaccinated or those who don’t wish to provide proof of vaccination. Please note that virtual meetings cannot be recorded.

We ask that you minimize the number of people attending in person interviews. Parents / Guardians will be asked to show proof of vaccination when entering the school. Visitors are also required to wear a non-medical mask at all times while in the school, including during the interview.

Parents/Guardians are asked to enter Stratford Elementary through the main entrance where they will be guided into two separate lines. The first line will be for grade 3 & 4 while the second line will be for grade 5 & 6. For parents/guardians of siblings, please enter into the lineup of the first interview. You will be asked to sign in and provide your proof of vaccination. Staff will be on hand to guide you to your classroom destination. We anticipate that the lines will move smoothly but be sure to arrive a few minutes early before your actual interview time.

Stratford Elementary Christmas Angels

Every year, families and community groups help support families within our school who are in need of extra support during the holiday season – our “Christmas Angels” program allows any interested person(s), families or group(s) to offer donations (gift cards, cash) and/or to purchase Christmas wish items for children and their families within our school community. Currently we have several families who would benefit from having additional support during the holiday season – please let our school counsellors (Denise Doyle, or Darlene Heilman, or Dylan Taylor, know if you would like to contribute in some way to this program. Our families benefit immensely from the kindness and generosity of our community each and every year!
