We have two asks of parents this year for Teacher Appreciation Week:

  • If you can have your child write a note, draw a picture, or make a sign expressing their gratitude to school staff, Home & School will collect these and put them to good use. Completed notes, pictures, drawings, etc should be put in an envelope (so your work is a surprise to staff) labelled “Teacher Appreciation – Office” and can be sent to school with your child anytime up to Friday, February 12. Envelopes will be collected from each class.
  • In lieu of potluck donations, we are collecting donations of gift cards or monetary donations. Gift cards can be for anywhere, but please limit to $5 or $10 denominations. Monetary donations can be made (if you wish) via etransfer to Gift card donations can be dropped off to the office in an envelope labelled “Teacher Appreciation – Office”.

We also want to say a huge THANK YOU to Nimrods’ for graciously donating donuts for our entire staff!!!
