After School Volleyball (Grade 6) Tuesdays (October 22nd-November 12th)(2:30-3:30 p.m.) Pick up time: 3:45 p.m.
COUPON BOOKS:
 Order forms and money are being collected today and Tuesday, October 28th and 29th. The cost per booklet is $10 with all funds raised to support Stratford Elementary School and students ($5 per book)! Please contact Natalie at frasernatalie72@gmail.com if you have questions. STUDENT PICTURES:
Retake Date: Friday, November 1st. (If you require a retake, please a description of what you would like to have changed along with the proof.)
LIBRARY NOTES:
-Character Pumpkins–All pumpkins need to be picked up by Wednesday. Please display them in your homes on Halloween!!!!
-Flyers are going home with students today regarding the upcoming Book Fair  (November 4th-8th). Classes will have a designated day and time to shop during the school day. The Book Fair will be open to parents on Thursday, November 7th from 2:30-8:00 p.m. and on Friday, November 8th from 9 a.m.-noon.
Payment Methods: Cash, Check and credit/debit.
All funds raised will be used to purchase books for our Library!
PLAYGROUND COMMITTEE:
-Purdys Fundraiser catalogues went home with students. Information regarding this sale can be found on the order sheet inside each catalogue. Completed order forms with payment to be returned to this school Monday, November 4th.
HOME & SCHOOL HOLIDAY MARKET:
-The Stratford Schools’ Holiday Market is taking place November 22nd & 23rd at The Stratford Town Hall. This is a major fundraiser for our schools (Stratford Elementary & Glen Stewart Primary).
OTHER NOTES:
-Halloween:
Students are invited to dress up on Thursday afternoon–no masks or weapons.
-Just a reminder for students to remember to dress appropriately for the cold, fall weather. Also, please pack an extra pair of socks, hats, mittens, etc., for the wet days.
