Upcoming Events To Plan For:
-A notice is going home today with students for permission to perform at Sobeys in Stratford on Thursday, November 23rd at 1 p.m.
-Craft Fair performance on Saturday, November 25th. Students are asked to meet at 1:40 p.m. in preparation for the performance at 2 p.m.
-Stratford Community Choir with a presentation by our Glee Club as their special guests on Sunday, December 10th; 2:00-3:30 p.m. at Park Royal United Church.
-Celebration Concert Tuesday, December 12th at 7 p.m.
First Recess (Intramurals)

– Thank you to Patricia Callaghan, Home & School volunteer, for organizing this initiative. Booklets will be delivered Friday, December 1st. Thank you for your support!
The next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, November 21st at 6:30 p.m. Plan now to attend!
We are asking parents/guardians to please check out the “Lost & Found” area (located handy the Gymnasium) to see if any of these items belong in your home!
-A notice to parents was sent home yesterday regarding school cancellations, delays, early closure, etc. Please keep this information handy for reference.
-Reminder: Please check your child(ren)’s yellow sheet to ensure the information is current.
-This week the school has been evolving into a Christmas wonder land in preparation for the upcoming craft fair.  We have been admiring the artistic talent of Mrs. Shiho Phelan and her dedicated helpers. On behalf of students & staff, we express our appreciation for creating these beautiful displays for us to enjoy!
-The Annual Stratford & Area Food Drive will be held on Sunday, November 19 with door-to-door pick-up from 1:00pm-3:00pm. Thank you for your support as we work to help fill the shelves of the Upper Room Food Bank. For further details or to volunteer, please call 569-4769.
-Parent-Teacher interviews are being held today and tomorrow, November 17th. There will be NO CLASSES for students Friday, November 17th.
-The Scholastic Book Fair is a key fundraiser for our school Library. This event will be open to individual classes at designated times  during the week. It will also be open to parents the following times:
Thursday, November 16th…….2:30-8:00 p.m.
Friday, November 17th…….9 a.m.-noon

-November 23rd (Thursday) Grade 5 students are off to see the movie “Wonder.” Buses will leave the school at 9:40 a.m. and return at lunch.
-Craft Fair November 24th (4-9 p.m.) & November 25th (9-4 p.m.)
-School-wide skate November 24th (afternoon). Please note: students will not be entering the school prior to dismissal.
-Students will attend the “Confederation Centre Holiday Variety Show” on Friday, December 15th. Cost: $10.00. due on or before Monday, December 4th.
