Hotlunch.net Payment Issues

Unfortunately, there have been some issues with people trying to pay for Hot Lunch orders through PayPal and credit card. As well, some parents had an issue trying to place orders in Hot Lunch program.  This seems to be corrected. However, there still seems to be a problem for some people paying with PayPal.  Most parents are able to order and pay without issue, however, we had about 30 families who were unable to pay. Both PayPal and Hot Lunch are looking into the issues. If you have placed your order for next week and not yet paid due to the PayPal issue, we will be able to see your order and place it verbally with the vendors. If you still have an issue by Sunday evening trying to pay or place an order, please email and e-transfer Michele Coles at mhcoles@edu.pe.ca.  Please ensure that you put your child’s name on the e-transfer so we know where to apply the funds.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
