Friday, September 18, 2020 – Day 3


Today’s PEI Healthy Food program lunch was a burger. The ingredients in the burger were

beef, mushrooms, eggs, red lentils, salt, pepper, onion powder, peprika and garlic powder.

Due to the red lentils, the burgers were pink in colour. Some students did not eat their burgers thinking they were uncooked. We wanted to inform parents about this in case there were questions at home this evening.
