**2:30-3:45 p.m. Tomorrow (Thursday)–After School Soul City Dance Practice for students with drives prearranged.**
After School Practice Today–Sing Rays (Grade 5 & 6 Glee Members) & 3/4 Glee students who have made arrangements to stay

2 p.m.–Rhythm Riders
3 p.m.–Sing Rays
4-4:30 p.m.–Human Rights
Music Performance Advance Notice:
Celebration Concert Monday, December 9th at 7 p.m. for Glee Club members in Grades 3, 4, 5 & 6; Guitar Group; Rhythm Riders; Human Rights Group and the Grades 3 & 4 Dance Group.
PHYSICAL EDUCATION:
First Recess–Grade 5 Boys Intramurals
UPCOMING:
–-December 6th (Friday) is designated as “Joint Staff Development Day;” therefore, there will be no classes.
–-December 20th will be the final day of classes for students in 2019! Students return to class on Monday, January 6th (2020).
PANCAKE BREAKFAST WITH SANTA:
-A Playground fundraising Pancake Breakfast will be held at the Stratford Town Hall on December 7th (Saturday).  Cost of Tickets: $20/Family of 4; $8/Adult; $5/Child.
FREE MILK DAY:
The “Free Milk Day” sponsored by the P.E.I. School Milk Foundation previously scheduled for yesterday will be held today. Anyone who ordered milk today on our Hot Lunch Program will be reimbursed.
HOME & SCHOOL:
Plan now to attend the next meeting on February 4, 2020 at 6:30 p.m.
LOST & FOUND:
If you are missing items in your house, please sign in at the office and check out our Lost & Found area. Remaining items will be delivered to a local charity on December 20th.
CONTACT INFORMATION:
As you recall, a yellow sheet containing current contact information, after school destination, bus numbers, etc., is attached inside each student agenda. Please review this sheet frequently and update the information when necessary.  In addition, if phone numbers have changed, addresses or regular after school destination, please notify the office as well.
THE SPIRIT OF GIVING:
-Information is going home with students today regarding a Grade 6 fundraising initiative in aid of the “CBC Feed A Family” campaign. Students are asked to bring in non-perishable food donations and/or monetary donation(s). Financial donations may be made on the Hot Lunch program as well. This event will run from December 9th-17th.
-A school-wide Pajama Day is being held on Friday, December 13th. For a loonie, staff and students can wear their P.J.’s in support of the “CBC Feed A Family” campaign.
