Yearbook Committee:
The yearbook group will be getting together today (Thursday) after school in Mr. Beaton’s room. The session will end at 430.
Leadership:
There is bingo in the library at lunch today $1 per bingo card, candy prizes 2) Valentine’s candies are being sold in the lobby at lunch until Friday 3) Wear your Valentine’s colours to school on Friday!
Library:
We are holding a book drive called, For the Love of Books, during the month of February. For every book brought to the library during morning homeroom, you will receive a ballot towards 1 of 4 Indigo gift cards.
Boys “A” Basketball:
Boys “A” Basketball have a game today at Birchwood at 6:00 pm. All boys are asked to be there by 5:30 and be ready to go. If you can’t make the game, please see Mr. Bradley or Ms. R. – Go Tigers!
Girls “A” Basketball:
The A girls basketball team will play in a playoff game today at 6:30 vs Grace Christian at Stonepark. This is a must win game for the girls in order to advance to another playoff round. The team played Grace Christian last night and were defeated 39-18. Chloe Acorn led our team with a game high 7 points. Devon David played tough defence against their top scorer. We will be looking for all players to be dressed in uniform and back at the school for 5:45. Parents are welcome at 6:15.
