- Alberton Elementary School – The Director of School Effectiveness, Bob Andrews, reads “The Crocodile Who Didn’t Like Water” to the kindergarten students to celebrate Family Literacy Day.
- Bloomfield Elementary School – “These three students from Bloomfield show a piece of Valentines Art that they had made for Bloomfield’s annual Heart Art Show. Proceeds from the Show were donated to the IWK in memory of Kameron Cooke, a former Bloomfield student.”
- Cardigan Consolidated School – “Cardigan Students enjoying the great outdoors during after school Snowshoe Club. The school purchased 26 pairs of snowshoes thanks to a Canadian Tire – Active at School – School Health Grant.”
- Ellerslie Elementary School – Ellerslie Elementary celebrated Family Literacy Day on February 10. Once again it was extremely well attended.
- Georgetown Elementary School – The grade 7 and grade 8 students participating in the “Walk in Silence”
- Kensington Intermediate Senior High School – KISH Grade 8 Physical Education students after the Family Violence Prevention Week walk of silence around the town of Kensington
- Montague Consolidated School – Some Montague Consolidated Kindergarten students enjoying all the snow during recess time!
- Montague Intermediate School – Montague Intermediate School students and staff celebrate the donation of sports equipment from Canadian Tire. Thanks.
- Queen Elizabeth Elementary School – Haleigh’s Haven, Queen Elizabeth’s multi-sensory room opened in 2007 in memory of grade 3 student Haleigh Thibeau who passed away in 2006. It’s been a great addition and serves our students with sensory needs.
- Southern Kings Consolidated School – The grade 2 class at Southern Kings Consolidated have been learning about Arctic animals as part of their descriptive writing unit. They researched animals, designed some artwork and created books which will be shared with their friends in Kindergarten.
- St. Louis Elementary School – Students wearing purple in support of Family Violence Prevention Week.
- Westisle Composite High School – Westisle’s school assembly to give a send off to their Canada Games Athletes
