Young Athletes Program is for anyone grades 8-12 no matter if you are a top tier athlete or competing for the fun of the sport! This program will focus on proper form, tempo, breathing and movement patterns. Training styles will be catered to all major sports to ensure you have the knowledge and awareness to train Sport Specific. The program is run by Stephen Clark (a Physical Trainer and ex-UNB wrestler). Program starts April 10th at 3:30pm for 4 weeks and 8 sessions. Cost is $20 to go towards go! East PEI programming. Call TCAP at 838-3429 to register!

Free Pickleball Program held at Montague Intermediate School on Wednesday evenings at 6:00pm for anyone aged 35+. Pickleball is a paddle sport that combines elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis. Two or four players use solid wood paddles to hit a wiffle ball over a net. It is a great workout and is a sport that is growing on a large scale all over the world. Offered through go! East PEI and the Cavendish Farms Wellness Centre.
