Our school year is quickly coming to an end!
Our Grade 6 students had a wonderful day at Camp Triumph yesterday. We are looking forward to our trip to Sandspit and Shining Waters on Monday with our Grades K to 5. The weather is forecast to be sunny with clouds but may be a bit cooler. Children should bring a sweater or jacket.
Important Note 1:
It is our Breakfast Program’s last day tomorrow. We have two great coordinators for the Breakfast Program, Kim Gaudet and Crystal O’Keefe, as well as many dedicated volunteers. A BIG THANK YOU to them for providing such a wonderful program for our students.
As there will be no breakfast program next week, children will have to have breakfast at home. As well, they should not be dropped off before 8:30 unless they come on a bus.
Important Notice 2:
The forecast is for very rainy weather tomorrow. As the Consolidated Credit Union was to barbecue for us, we had to come up with a Plan B. The CCU will be buying a slice of pizza from Domino’s for all students as well as providing a drink. We will see that children who are gluten-free have what they like. Any children who do not want pizza will have to bring a lunch. Thank you to the Consolidated Credit Union for their generosity!
Thank you to all parents who have paid the school supply fee. We appreciate this very much. If you have not paid yet there are still a few days left to do this.
