Guitar Club Cancelled for Today

Hello Everyone, a message from the PSB!

Our most current information indicates snow beginning around suppertime, and progressing to possible freezing rain and heavy snowfall as early as 7 PM.

In light of the forecast and expected weather and travel conditions, all after school student related activities are cancelled for this evening.

Guitar Club for students at Georgetown School will be cancelled for today.

Hornet Pick of the Week- February 2, 2018

Congratulations going out to our Hornet Pick of the Week for February 2nd- Nicole S. in Ms. Scully’s grade 3 class. Great job Nicole on being so forward thinking and helpful to your fellow students.

Valentines Dance at Georgetown School

 

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Valentines Dance for all grades at Georgetown School on Wednesday February 14th.

The dance will be in the gym with music and lights provided by Seth Gotell.  Decorating will be done by grade 7 and 8 students. Snacks and refreshments will be available for students in canteen provided by the GES Home and School Association.

Salmon Eggs have Arrived

Check out the large fish tank in our front entrance.  We have received and are growing salmon eggs for release, this is similar to years past. They have already started hatching from their eggs and are starting to develop quite quickly.

Skate Time Moved Ahead

The skate time for today’s skate will be moved ahead to 11:30 today so everyone will be able to attend the previously planned skate.
