Report Card Survey

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As you know, the report card/learning report is one of many ways that teachers share information about each student’s achievement.

It’s been five years since the reports were updated. The Public Schools Branch and Department of Education are in the process of updating the report card for kindergarten through grade nine.

Changes will take effect for the 2020-2021 school year.

The survey will be available online until June 11, 2019 for parents and guardians. It is brief and will take about 5 minutes to complete.  Here is the link https://tinyurl.com/psbreport2019

Google translate might be helpful for parents of our English as Additional Language (EAL) students.

If you have questions, please contact your school principal.

School Supply Fee for the 2019-2020 School Year

In order to help keep our classrooms running smoothly, we are asking parents/guardians to provide $35.00 per student to purchase school supplies for the upcoming school year. Teachers will buy in bulk to take advantage of discounts, and this process should help promote consistency in the classroom while keeping supplies fresh all year.

Teachers will buy the general school supplies, leaving families to be responsible for personal items such as: backpacks, lunchboxes and indoor sneakers.

A notice went home with your child(ren) with the particulars of this request, and we are taking this opportunity to remind you that fees must be paid by Friday, June 14, 2019.

Payments will be accepted at the main office and receipts will be given. We will not be accepting fees in September.

Thank you.
