Bake Sale Success

Georgetown School Student Council is happy to announce, with  help and support of our families and school community, the Student Government raised $87 dollars today. All money raised will go towards initiatives of the Student Council.

Evening Parent Teacher Interviews Postponed Until Thursday November 29th

The current weather forecast indicates that there is a blowing snow advisory in effect for all of PEI, with winds expected to increase between 6 and 7 PM. This is expected to result in poor visibility and hazardous travel conditions.

All After School Student Related Activities are cancelled for this evening.
In consultation with the Department of Education, all Parent Teacher Interviews scheduled for this evening are to be postponed for one week to next Thursday, November 29.
Georgetown Elementary School interviews will begin at 3:15 p.m. on November 29th.
If there are cancellations tomorrow, further messaging regarding alternative dates will be made at that time by the PSB

  • Bake Sale today put on by Student Council Government- items for sale at a cost of .50 to $1.00- All proceeds going to the Student Council

  • Parent Teacher interviews this evening from 5-7 p.m. and tomorrow morning from 9-12 p.m.
  • No School Friday November 23rd- Parent Teacher Interviews
  • No School Monday November 26th- Joint Staff Day

No After School Activities – PSB

Due to the expected weather and travel conditions this evening, all after school extracurricular activities in the Public Schools Branch will be canceled for today.

This cancellation of after school activities will include GoPlay! for Grades 1-4 at Georgetown Elementary for Tuesday November 20th.
