Georgetown Elementary School Easter Seals Fundraising

Georgetown School has started some fundraising planning to support our 2018 Easter Seals Campaign and our ambassador- Brayden White in Mr. Trevor’s Grade 7/ 8 class.

We are putting together gift baskets in each of the four home room classes, each with a different theme. We are asking that each Georgetown Elementary student bring in a small item to contribute to their class basket. Tickets will be sold on each basket with all money going towards the Easter Seals 2018 Campaign on behalf of students of Georgetown Elementary.

  • Kindergarten will be collecting items like soaps, body washes, towels, bath bombs and any item along this toiletry theme
  • 1/2/3 will be collecting gardening items for their basket- seeds, tools, pots, gloves, garden gnomes or any similar item for their spring garden theme.
  • 4/5/6 will have a Easter Basket theme- items can be skipping ropes, eggs, chocolate bunnies, bubbles, sidewalk chalk or any of those things you would put in a candy or Easter basket
  • 7/8 will have a kitchen theme to their basket- if students could bring in items like tea towels, dish cloths, spices, seasonings, mugs, serving pieces, kitchen gadgets, pots or platters to add to their basket

We are asking that students items are brought in for Tuesday March 13th, or a small donation of money made, so items can be bought and assembled in time to have the baskets on display and tickets available to purchase at the upcoming Winter Concert at the Kings Playhouse on March 15th.

Thank You
