Dear Families,

As we move into the next phase of easing back Covid-19 restrictions, parents will be able to pick up (drive thru style) their child’s term 2 report cards and belongings at the school next week (see detailed schedule below).

Student Belongings and Term 2 Report Cards

The purpose of this plan is two-fold: to pick up personal belongings and to return text and library books, instruments (grade 9 only), and sport uniforms.

We have a number of staff helping out in order to expedite the process, meaning your child’s teacher may not be there on your designated day. If you wish to connect with them, please contact them directly.

Please have all library books and textbooks in a bag that is clearly marked with your child’s name and teacher on it ready to be returned.

To avoid large lines of cars, we will be designating days, depending on your family make-up:

Who When How
Parents with children in K-3 only. Tuesday, June 2, 9-11am Drive-though only. You do not need to get out of your car. We will collect school books and return your child’s belongings curbside.
Parents with children in 4-9 only. Thursday, June 4, 9-11am Students from 4-9 will need to enter the building to drop off school books, instruments, band uniforms (for students in grade 9 only) and sport uniforms. They will also need to clean out their lockers and collect any items that have not been previously bagged and labeled by their teacher.
Parents with children in K-9. Friday, June 5, 9-11am For your K-3 child, we will collect school books and return your child’s belongings curbside while your 4-9 child enters the building to drop off school books, instruments, band uniforms (for students in grade 9 only) and sport uniforms. They will also need to clean out their lockers and collect any items that have not been previously bagged and labeled by their teacher.

We will have the parking-lot set up to make room for our drive-thru pick-up plan. To ensure the safety of all, we are asking that you wait in the church parking if the school parking lot is full, rather than pull over on the highway.

If you are not able to make one of the above times that has been designated for your family, please contact your child’s teacher to make alternative arrangements.
