HOT LUNCH 2017 – 2018
As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all orders so as to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible.
Reminder that you do need to re-register each school year.
Here’s how to get started…
Go to donagh.hotlunches.net
ü Click on “Click Here to Register”
ü Enter Access Code: dragons
ü Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child’s hot lunch order for the upcoming week)
ü Click the “Register Now” button at the bottom
ü Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends Donagh Regional School
ü Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “Orders”
ü Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
Registration is now open and the online lunch ordering system will be open September 7th – September 11th for lunches starting the week of September 11th to September 22nd. You will be ordering for a two week period. The cut off for ordering and paying online will be Monday, September 11th at 8:00 am for that 2 week period.
- Once your child(ren) are registered, click on “orders”.
- Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
We prefer all hot lunch order payments to be made through PayPal (www.paypal.com)
You can either pay with a credit card as a PayPal guest (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), or set up your own PayPal account.
The hot lunch online order system requires a small amount of setup time at the beginning as you must register each child you have attending our school prior to ordering hot lunch. Once the initial setup process is complete, your hot lunch orders for the remainder of the year should be quick and simple. For children who are parented from two homes, both parents will be able to register and use the system by adding “mom” or “dad” to your child’s last name.
