Grade 9 High School Course Selection:

  • Today is the deadline for all grade 9 students to have their high school forms in. 
  • That includes the low risk form, media release, and course sign off sheets. 
  • If you have not submitted your forms yet, please speak to your homeroom teacher today

Grade 7:

  • Grade 7’s will have an off-grounds day Friday.

  • Basketball:
    • Last night’s games were not for the faint of heart!  
    • The A Girls defeated Hernwood in what may have been THE most exciting bball game in Cobra history!  The game was tied 37-37 after regulation play.  Final score – after 2 periods of 5 minute overtime – was 54-48.  HUGE shout out to Faith Gray who came off the bench to lead the way in the latter stages of the game.  Her thrilling 3 pointer secured the win.  Lilly MacVicar had 23 points to lead the team in scoring.  Practice today 4:30 – 5:30.  Gold medal finals on Saturday at 2:00pm in Hernwood vs Vernon River.
    • In AA Boys action, the Cobra fangs came out to claw their way back in the second half.  Final score over Hernwood was 59-52.  Dillon had the hot shooting hand with 5 3 pointers and Gabe was top scorer with 21 points.  Practice today 2:55.  Gold medal finals on Saturday at 4:15 vs East Wiltshire at East Wiltshire
    • AA Girls hosted East Wiltshire and won 60-22.  It was a team effort by all players!  Practice today 2:55
    • Finals on Saturday at 2:00pm at East Wiltshire vs Stonepark
    • We would like to congratulate our Grade 9 players who played their final home game as a Cobra: ONCE A COBRA ALWAYS A COBRA!

  • Volleyball:
    • U 14 boys today at 5:45 and Monday at 2:55 
    • U14 girls Monday & Thursday at 4:30
  • Badminton:
    • Sign up deadline is TODAY outside the gym.  
    • Tuesday – all boys
    • Wednesday – all girls

Library:

  • March Madness, Read to Shoot’ is still happening in the library. 7A is leading the way.
